Meet Dr. Lee!

My JourneyMy journey into chiropractic began with someone close to my heart—my mom. I spent much of my adult life helping care for her, and it was difficult to watch her live with ongoing pain and limited mobility. Medications provided some relief, but everyday activities remained challenging. That experience made me want to understand more about movement and how I could help people feel more comfortable in their daily lives.
I knew I wanted to work in healthcare, and earning my bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology gave me a foundation in how the body moves. As I pursued my chiropractic education, my experience caring for my mom helped shape the kind of doctor I wanted to become: someone who listens carefully, considers each person’s health challenges, and adapts care to their needs and comfort level.
Today, that experience guides my gentle, individualized approach. I have a special heart for people living with pain and mobility limitations, and my goal is to help patients move more comfortably and continue doing the things that matter to them.My Approach
Whether you want to enjoy your daily walks, stay active, or return to an activity you miss, I want to help you work toward those goals.
I use gentle adjusting methods, including instrument-assisted techniques, selected according to your needs and comfort level. Care does not have to rely on forceful neck twisting. I take time to explain my recommendations and welcome your questions so you feel informed and comfortable with your care.Education
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, with an emphasis in Pre-Physical Therapy, from The Master’s University, and my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College West.Beyond the Office
When I'm not in the office, I enjoy kayaking, swimming, jogging, golfing, and-on occasion-jumping out of a perfectly good airplane. I also enjoy reading, playing guitar, and watching movies on the big screen.
While I love a good outdoor adventure, I am equally happy staying in, grabbing a headset, and playing video games with friends.
